Fudge for Renae's party.

Aunty Diana and myself attempted to make chocolate fudge slices for the 1st time.
We want to do a little home made dessert for Renae's 1st birthday that is coming up next month.
It's a pretty simple receiple that aunt found in one of the books she borrowed from the library.
We improvised bait along the way.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
2 tablespoon butter
12 ounces semi sweet chocolate
14 large pieces of marshmallow

1. Stir sugar, evaporated milk and butter together.
2. Bring it to boil in sauce pan, reduce to medium heat and stir constantly for about 3mins.
3. Stir in chocolate and marshmallows.

4. After which, remove from heat and stir till smooth.

5. Pour into pan and refrigerate.

(I used a 8" by 8" pan, lined it with glad wrap, so it would be easier to remove the fudge after)

6. The fudge should be ready and firm in about 2-3hours.
7. Cut into squares and serve.

:)
